INFRA-ZEITZ SERVICEGESELLSCHAFT MBH

Infra-Zeitz Servicegesellschaft mbH is the operator and developer of the site, comprising approximately 232 hectares of land within the Zeitz Chemical and Industrial Park. Moreover, Infra-Zeitz supplies the resident companies with hot water, cooling water, fully-demineralized water (deionized water), steam and organises disposal of the waste water of the local companies. By 2012, Infra-Zeitz had invested more than 100 million euros in the rehabilitation, expansion and construction of th site’s industrial infrastructure. By 2018, Infra-Zeitz intends to spend a further EUR 18 million on the extension of the disposal and treatment systems, as well as site clearance for additional construction in the Chemical and Industrial Park. Infra-Zeitz is certified according to DIN ISO 14001 and 50001, and is a member of the so-called Bioeconomy Cluster and of the “hypos” Green Hydrogen Initiative.
