HELMHOLTZ-ZENTRUM FÜR  UMWELTFORSCHUNG – UFZ

UFZ operates the first, and only, research facility of the Helmholtz Association of German research centres to focus exclusively on environmental research. As well as in Leipzig, UFZ scientists carry out their research at locations in Halle, Magdeburg, Bad Lauchstädt, Falkenberg and, of course, at the Zeitz Chemical and Industrial Park.
